Arts, Eats & Beats: 4Cast Design and Foundry 43

Our neighborhood's annual Arts, Eats & Beats is just around the corner - this Thursday evening! We're excited to be celebrating with new original works by two incredibly talented artists with Mississippi roots, Marcie Fyke Baria and Ryan Wagner.

Marcie creates organically in the truest sense with 4Cast Design. Taking concrete and plant material, she creates organic hand-cast concrete items for the home and garden, including planters, sand-cast plant impressions, candle holders and more. After impressions have dried, paint is applied to the concrete, making the casts look as if the plants were still there.

Specializing in custom mixed-media products, Ryan Wagner is the owner and artist of Foundry 43 Creative Studio. 

He attended Ole Miss and achieved a BFA in both graphic design and printmaking in 2005, but began his painting career shortly after graduation. Calling Mississippi home for over 10 years, Southern and Mississippi themes are naturally influential in much of his work. He currently resides in Nashville.
